6 Ways to Serve — Not Every Member Rides Inside a Burning Building
1. Interior Firefighter (18+)
SCBA search & rescue, structural fire suppression, and vehicle extrication.
2. Exterior / Scene Support (18+)
Hose lines, hydrants, ladders, lighting & rural brush fires without entering structures.
3. Apparatus Operator / Driver
Drive & pump Engine 22-22, Rescue-Engine 22-43 & Tanker 22-35 (no CDL required).
4. Fire Police
Secure emergency scenes, manage road closures & protect working crews on Route 66.
5. Junior Firefighter (Ages 16–17)
Learn real firematics alongside senior mentors & earn community service hours.
6. Ladies Auxiliary & Rehab
Fireground hydration/rehab support & community events (Chicken BBQ, Clambake).
